Discovery and intake, up to eight agreed core content pages, business-specific copy and design, one form and existing calendar integration, basic CRM lead capture, internal inquiry notifications, SEO foundations, one consolidated revision round, and a recorded walkthrough.
Measurement
Analytics and Search Console setup where access is available, form and phone-link click tracking, and booking tracking where supported. Redirect mapping for replaced pages where platform access allows.
Utility pages
Thank-you and 404 pages, plus formatting of client-approved privacy, terms, and SMS policies where applicable, are additional to the eight core content pages. Legal drafting is excluded.
Monthly
Hosting, SSL, platform maintenance coordination, and up to two minor edits totaling 30 minutes. Unused time does not roll over.
Timing
Approximately two to three weeks after required materials and access are received, depending on scope and timely approvals.

New pages, redesigns, custom integrations, domain registration, and ongoing content campaigns are quoted separately.
Setup
Connect one eligible profile, create email/SMS templates, configure one supported completed-service trigger or manual/customer-import process, and provide the review link, neutral request page, QR assets, staff guidance, consent/opt-out configuration, and messaging-registration assistance.
Monthly
Campaign management for up to 250 eligible customers and monitoring and responses for up to 100 new reviews. Routine responses are targeted within two business days. Sensitive responses require client approval.

The proposal confirms deliverables, locations, and pricing.
Separate services
Review requests and responses belong to Google Reviews. Directory-wide citation cleanup, suspension reinstatement, photography, additional locations, and website SEO campaigns are outside standard scope unless separately agreed.
Ownership
The client remains the profile owner. Google controls verification and platform decisions.
