How much does an AI-optimized website cost?
A ReceptionFlow Smart Site is $1,997 to build and $97 per month for hosting, security, and ongoing minor updates. That covers custom design, custom copy, full technical SEO and AEO setup, and CRM-connected booking. No contract, and the monthly is cancelable.
What's the difference between SEO and AEO?
SEO optimizes for ranking in Google's search results. AEO, or answer engine optimization, structures your content so AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews can read, trust, and quote it accurately. A growing share of local searches now end inside an AI answer without anyone clicking a link. Both matter. Most agencies only do the first.
How long does a build take?
About two weeks from kickoff to launch, assuming photos, service details, and testimonials come back promptly. That includes one consolidated revision round.
Do I need all three?
No. Most clients start with the Smart Site because it's the foundation, then add the chat agent when they're tired of missing after-hours leads. The Google service tends to come last and produce the most. Take them in whatever order matches your bottleneck.
Is the chat agent really trained on my business?
Yes. We build a knowledge base from your services, pricing, policies, service area, and the real questions you get asked, typically forty to sixty of them, sourced from your inbox and phone calls.
